Additional protection comes in the form of removable surcingle straps incorporating the Safety Surcingle System. This system is created using a unique combination of Velcro and a plastic loop. The system can withstand 100kg of pressure, but the plastic clip will break in an emergency, giving extra protection for your horse and horse owners peace of mind.

The surcingle strap connects to the blanket with a plastic loop. This loop releases should the horse become dangerously caught in the surcingle straps. Replacement plastic loops are sold separately to accompany your replacement surcingles. Detachable neck rug included!
